The completed water facilities are operated and managed by selected members of the beneficiary communities who are trained by CWSA to handle the facilities. Distribution of spare parts for the facilities has been zoned thus;

1. Southern Zone-Tankard
2. Central Zone-Kumis
3. Northern Zone-Tamale

Pump Caretakers and Area Mechanics obtain pump from these outlets which are manage by the Private Sector.
